Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project professionals in the planning, implementation and completion of various projects. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, timelines and resources to ensure the success of each project.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate must also have experience working with international teams, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to provide guidance and leadership to their team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams in developing plans, determining resource requirements, estimating costs and preparing budgets
• Manage all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, budgeting/cost control, quality assurance/quality control and risk management
• Monitor progress of each project through review meetings with stakeholders; analyze variances from planned objectives; escalate issues when necessary; identify corrective actions needed; make recommendations for improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in order to keep them informed on progress of projects; listen to any feedback or changes required by stakeholders
• Develop strategies for risk management and issue resolution
• Prepare comprehensive reports on the status of projects for senior management
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on assigned projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience leading teams on large-scale projects in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
