Position Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with health regulations and safety standards
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations at our restaurant in Dubai. Tasks will include supervising staff, creating rosters, managing customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of hygiene compliance. You will also be responsible for training new staff members and monitoring performance. Additionally, you will be expected to develop creative marketing strategies aimed at increasing restaurant sales.
