We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and managing staff performance. You will ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently and meets customer satisfaction while maximizing profits. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of controlling costs, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and implementing service policies and procedures.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. You should have excellent organizational and leadership skills as well as strong customer service orientation. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. You should also be able to motivate staff and promote teamwork within the team.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and remain professional under pressure. They must have strong knowledge of food safety regulations as well as skill in budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc., when required.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month with potential bonus based on performance evaluations. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who meet all the requirements stated above.
