Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective leadership to the staff. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily operations and ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly customer service and resolving any complaints or issues that arise.
• Monitor all financial aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability including cost control initiatives, stock management and pricing strategies.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase revenue.
• Maintain excellent communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Create detailed reports on restaurant performance for senior management review.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to food safety, hygiene standards and liquor laws.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management or related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager; experience in managing multiple outlets is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, inventory management etc.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff members
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
