Restaurant Manager needed in Dubai!

We are looking for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and is open to both local and immigrant applicants. No prior experience is required for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. You will be tasked with hiring, training, and scheduling staff, budgeting costs, creating promotional campaigns, ordering supplies, and increasing sales. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field

- At least 3 years of previous restaurant management experience (preferred)

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
