We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at an exciting new cafe in Riyadh. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 Riyals per month, and are open to considering applications from immigrants.

At our cafe, we provide a friendly and professional atmosphere where our baristas can showcase their skills. We offer our team members the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills in the hospitality industry. As part of our team, you will have access to on-the-job training and support from experienced professionals.

As a Barista, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while preparing coffee drinks according to customers’ orders. You will be responsible for operating equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders and coffee makers; cleaning the café area; stocking ingredients; interacting with customers; taking orders; collecting payments; and maintaining the cleanliness of the café area. You must also ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry. You must be customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. You should also have excellent communication skills including fluency in English (Arabic is an asset). You must be able to work under pressure with time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, physical stamina and excellent organizational skills. Finally, you must take pride in your work with a courteous attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
