Duties & Responsibilities:
The Carpenter will work as part of a team to design and build high-end interior/exterior projects such as cabinets, furniture pieces, doors/windows frames etc. The Carpenter will be expected to work quickly and accurately while adhering to safety protocols in order to meet deadlines. Other duties may include measuring materials accurately according to blueprints or sketches; using hand tools or power tools; sanding wood; performing maintenance on tools/equipment; installing doors/windows frames etc.; reading blueprints; completing paperwork; assisting in other areas when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Carpentry or relevant experience along with the following qualifications: excellent carpentry skills including use of hand tools and power tools; strong attention to detail; the ability to read blueprints/sketches accurately; good communication skills (written & verbal); the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; good physical condition (must be able to lift up 40 lbs). Knowledge of local building codes is preferred but not required.
