Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah. This role will provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality product is served to our customers. The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task. The salary offered is 1500 SAR per month and we are open to consider an immigrant.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer’s specifications
• Receive payments, operate cash register and display cost of customer’s purchase
• Respond courteously to customer enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing beverages
• Monitor quality of ingredients or beverages being served
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Assist in stocking, cleaning, organizing of the store shelves/bar area.

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Knowledgeable about different types of coffee and tea drinks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or difficult customers
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with excellent attention to detail
• Good numerical skills with basic cash handling experience
