Barista - Jeddah

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks to customers while providing excellent customer service. This position offers a salary of 1700 SAR per month and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting
• Excellent knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee menu items
• Familiarity with the use of coffee machines, grinders and roasters
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time when needed

Responsibilities:
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Answer customers’ questions about menu items and ingredients
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches or baked goods
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them

Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee drinks according to company standards. They will be responsible for greeting customers when they enter the establishment and making sure they receive the best possible experience. They must be able to take orders accurately and efficiently while displaying exceptional customer service skills at all times. The Barista must have a strong knowledge of different brewing techniques as well as the ingredients used in different coffees. They must have excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
