Job Description:
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be expected to create and implement effective merchandising strategies that will increase sales and improve customer experience in the store. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing merchandising plans based on market research and customer feedback
• Creating attractive displays that will drive customer interest
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new merchandise when necessary
• Researching current trends to ensure products are up-to-date
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure proper merchandise presentation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store
• Assisting customers with product selection when necessary
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective plans based on findings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: 1300 KD/month
