Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait restaurant. The right candidate will be creative, passionate about cooking, and have a deep understanding of modern cuisine. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating new dishes, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. This position requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing a superior dining experience.

Responsibilities
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations including menu planning, portion control, recipe development and cost management. The Chef will also oversee food preparation according to company standards and ensure that all food items are prepared with the highest level of quality. Additionally, the Executive Chef will manage the training and development of kitchen staff while demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen setting. A successful candidate should have knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations as well as excellent cooking techniques. Strong leadership skills are required in order to effectively manage kitchen staff and provide direction when needed. Experience with cost control measures is also desired in order to help reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards. Last but not least, we expect all applicants to have excellent communication skills as well as an appreciation for culinary arts.

Compensation
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 per month for this position along with benefits such as health insurance coverage and vacation time. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad who meet the requirements for this position.
