Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to motivate teams and inspire excellence in work production Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit ensuring targets are met on time and within budget
• Develop strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs while improving customer satisfaction levels
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, as well as developing strategies for improvement plans
