We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for producing quality work in collecting and processing both routine and specialized laboratory specimens from patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate must have a relevant medical diploma and at least 1 year of experience in performing Phlebotomy procedures and lab testing. He/she should be able to draw blood samples quickly, accurately, and with minimal discomfort to the patient. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be familiar with safety techniques, and have knowledge of laboratory standards and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting professionally with patients, assisting in the preparation of laboratory specimens, conducting lab tests according to established protocols, accurately recording results into the database system, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times, adhering to infection control policies, and monitoring the cleanliness of the lab environment.
