Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and overall employee satisfaction. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 2 years' experience in Human Resources Management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or related field along with knowledge of best practices in HR management, labour laws, recruitment processes and employee relations. A strong understanding of performance management systems is also required along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
