Job Vacancy: Florist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing creative displays of fresh flowers and other botanical products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful, eye-catching floral arrangements according to customer orders or individual requests.
• Consult with customers on their individual needs and preferences, such as color, style, and budget.
• Maintain a high level of quality in the preparation and presentation of products.
• Ensure appropriate care and handling of all floral products, including watering, trimming, wrapping, and arranging them for display.
• Keep up-to-date on current trends in the floral industry.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure the shop is clean at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a florist or related role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of flowers types, colors, and arrangements techniques.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with regular customers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
