Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1300/month

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be an immigrant or have permission to work in the UAE.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Dispense prescribed medications, providing information about indications, contraindications, drug interactions, adverse reactions, dosage, and storage.
• Ensure the accuracy of medication orders and dosage instructions while monitoring for possible drug interactions and allergies.
• Advise patients on the proper usage of medications and medical equipment such as inhalers and nebulizers.
• Provide advice to patients on general health issues such as diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
• Counsel patients on the use of over-the-counter drugs and other non-prescription products.
• Maintain records of all transactions including prescriptions dispensed and restocking of supplies.
• Work with physicians to adjust dosages or medication based on patient response or side effects.
• Monitor patient progress by conducting follow-up visits or calls when necessary.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medications. They must also be highly organized with great attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required for this role.
