Job Title: Civil Engineer

Salary: 1500 AED/Month

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement civil engineering projects such as bridges, highways, dams, water systems, and other public works projects
• Develop plans and sketches based on preliminary design concepts
• Prepare cost estimates and project specifications for construction projects
• Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct site visits to survey land areas for potential development projects
• Analyze data such as survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, soil testing results, and other data sources to plan projects
• Perform calculations related to the design of structures such as foundations, building frames, and roadways
• Develop inspection reports detailing the progress of construction projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to read technical drawings and use computer aided design software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
