Job Title: Barista
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1300 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, maintain professional standards, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to listen and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Experience in preparing and serving specialty coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Knowledge of industry trends and techniques such as latte art.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare coffee drinks as requested by the customer according to established recipes.
- Maintain a clean work environment at all times by sweeping floors, wiping counters, cleaning equipment, etc.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently with high quality standards in mind.
- Advise customers on beverage selections while adhering to food safety regulations and company policies.
