Job Description

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the role and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a salary of 1000 AED, and we are open to hiring an immigrant.

The job duties of a Barista include:
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the café area and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Taking orders from customers in person or over the phone/online platforms.
• Receiving payments from customers and providing accurate change when necessary.
• Following recipes accurately to ensure consistency in the quality of products served.
• Assisting with stocking inventory, placing orders for supplies, and keeping records of sales.
• Staying up to date with new products and promotions.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly service with a smile.
• Answering customer queries regarding menu items or other general inquiries.
