Position Title: Librarian (Dubai, UAE)

Salary: 1000 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a library setting and a passion for helping people find the information they need.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the library and ensure everything is running smoothly
• Help patrons find materials they need, including books, videos, and other media
• Assist with cataloging new materials and maintaining the library’s collection
• Update library databases with new information
• Organize and host book readings, lectures, film screenings, and other events
• Educate patrons on how to use library resources effectively
• Develop programs to encourage reading among children or adults

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or equivalent field
• At least 3 years of experience working in a library setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
