Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a professional chef
• Proven track record of creating outstanding dishes
• Knowledge of international cuisines
• Creative culinary vision and ability to stay on top of trends
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day kitchen operations including staff management, menu planning, inventory control, etc.
• Create innovative dishes that delight patrons
• Oversee staff development through training, coaching, and discipline when necessary
• Track food costs to ensure profitability
