Barista Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Barista and will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages. The successful candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer specifications
• Accurately take orders from customers
• Ensure all products are up to company standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Provide friendly customer service
• Prepare various types of coffee-based beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
• Follow instructions on how to use current machinery and properly maintain it
• Monitor the quality of ingredients used in coffee preparation

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
• Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills

Salary: 1600 AED per month with opportunity for growth. We are also open to considering a foreigner for this role.
