Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for serving customers with a variety of drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600. We are open to considering immigrants who meet the job qualifications and have a valid work permit.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this position include preparing and serving hot and cold drinks with accuracy; ensuring customer satisfaction; managing the cash register; maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe; stocking shelves with supplies; adhering to health and safety guidelines; providing friendly customer service at all times; and following instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have experience as a Barista or in a similar role, be able to work shifts, possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented and have strong customer service skills. It is also beneficial if applicants have knowledge of specialty coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages.

Successful applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills, have an eye for detail, strong problem solving skills, good organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively. They should also demonstrate good time management skills, be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have excellent cash handling abilities.
