We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.

The main responsibilities of the Civil Engineer include but are not limited to:

• Developing plans, designs, and specifications for civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, water supply systems, wastewater treatment plants, etc.
• Conducting research into existing structures or new construction designs to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Supervising contractors during the construction phase to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensuring that project costs are within budget and that deadlines are met.
• Preparing reports and presenting findings at meetings with stakeholders.
• Liaising with other engineering professionals (e.g., architects, surveyors) to ensure all aspects of a project are accounted for and planned correctly.
• Working closely with clients to assess their needs and develop appropriate solutions.

The successful candidate must have excellent analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English or Arabic (preferred). They should also be comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
