Office assistant job in Musaffah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant to join a highly successful business.
The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but will be capable of handling a wide variety of administrative duties. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, filing and organizing documents, managing calendars, and other clerical tasks. The Office Assistant must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Candidates must also have basic computer knowledge such as MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
