Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals. You will be driving customer acquisition, boosting retention, and increasing sales revenue. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key clients, growing sales territories, and developing innovative strategies for achieving maximum profitability.

Duties:
The Sales Manager is expected to develop strong relationships with customers through understanding customer needs and providing exceptional customer service. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to drive new business and increase overall sales revenue. Additionally, you will need to achieve targets set by the organization while preparing detailed reports on market trends and sales performance. You must also stay up-to-date on industry trends in order to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
The successful applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field as well as at least five years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the local market is essential alongside excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments is also required. Any experience in managing large teams would be an added advantage for this role.
