Demands for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, excellent knife skills, and knowledge in different cuisines. They should also be able to lead the kitchen team by example and create innovative solutions to any issues that arise. Lastly, deep knowledge about food safety regulations is mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Chef’s main responsibility will be to prepare meals on time according to restaurant standards while adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Other duties include efficiently managing the kitchen staff’s time; organizing ingredients; ordering supplies; preparing specialty dishes; overseeing food quality during preparation; creating menu items; training new staff members; managing kitchen inventory; cleaning after service hours; ensuring compliance with health codes; and working with other departments (such as purchasing) when necessary.
