We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for surveying, excellent problem solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is 1500 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate surveys of land properties in order to map out boundaries and create documents such as deeds, mortgages and leases. You will need to inspect sites on foot in order to collect data; this includes measuring angles with a transit or theodolite and distance using a rangefinder or measuring tape. Additionally, you may need to mark out points on the ground with spray paint or flags as well as set up tripods and other equipment onsite. You will also need to use specialized software to input data collected from the survey in order to produce documents accurately and efficiently.

To qualify for this role you should possess a degree in surveying or civil engineering with previous experience working as a Land Surveyor onsite; knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is also essential.
