We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, managing staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years working experience in a supervisory role, excellent leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills. They should also possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor will be to provide guidance and direction to staff members while ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times. They will be expected to delegate tasks efficiently while monitoring progress and providing feedback as needed. The Supervisor should be able to identify areas that need improvement while providing solutions and ideas for improvement. Additionally, they should be able to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.

The successful candidate must possess a valid work permit if they are from outside Kuwait, as we are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position. Furthermore, they should also have basic computer skills in order to use our systems effectively.
