The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout all tasks. They will need to monitor staff performance and ensure that deadlines are met on time, as well as coordinate with other departments or external organizations where needed. Additionally, they should be able to create efficient systems and processes that support department goals and objectives.
