Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the same field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of additional languages is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervising daily operations in our Abu Dhabi office
• Overseeing staff performance and providing guidance when needed
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time
• Developing strategies for improved customer service
• Handling customer enquiries while maintaining professionalism
• Resolving conflicts between staff members
