We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources Department and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and goals.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of strategic initiatives related to employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to managers on how to best manage their team members.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least five years of experience in a similar role. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet these requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. You should also have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
