We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the recruitment process, ensuring that staff are adequately trained, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, resolving conflicts, and creating an overall positive work environment.

The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management is desirable but not essential. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations. They must demonstrate the ability to manage complex tasks while adhering to deadlines. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities. They must also have a good knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations.
