Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1800 AED/Month (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be an immigrant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a unique dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick resolution of customer complaints
• Developing menus and specials to maximize profits while maintaining high quality standards
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure effective service delivery
• Overseeing safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen and dining areas
• Creating marketing strategies to increase revenue and improve brand image.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
