We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be expected to draw blood from patients for clinical or medical testing, transfusions, donations, and research purposes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist. The job requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients. A professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients using appropriate equipment
• Label and store the specimens properly according to protocol
• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• Ensure all safety protocols are observed during collection process
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Record patient information accurately and appropriately
• Monitor quality control of collected specimens and maintain records of quality control activities
• Monitor inventory of supplies needed for collection process
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient safety and specimen collection

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist in a medical setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact effectively with patients
• Knowledgeable in safety protocols related to specimen collection
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude

Salary: 1300/month (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
