Job Title: Security Manager

Salary: 1300 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the safety and security of our staff, customers, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in security management, with a strong focus on safety and prevention. We are open to considering immigrant candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, access control systems, etc., to detect any threats or breaches in security.
• Investigate any incidents or violations of company policies.
• Handle emergency situations such as fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats or intrusions.
• Prepare reports on all security related incidents that occur within the organization.
• Ensure the safety of personnel by conducting regular security audits and training sessions.
• Maintain records of all staff and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to investigate any criminal activity occurring on-site.
• Track contracts with suppliers for security equipment and services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field preferred but not required
• Minimal work experience in Security Management
• Knowledge of emergency management principles and practices
• Ability to evaluate risks within an organization's environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
