We are seeking an experienced Manager to work in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1300. This role requires a degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience working in a management role. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of managing a team, including planning, coordinating, delegating tasks, and motivating staff to reach their full potential. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example.

The Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, productivity, customer service and satisfaction. They must also have the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions for the benefit of the organization. Additionally, they must be able to build relationships with clients and vendors while upholding company policies and standards; manage budgets effectively; maintain accurate records; provide training and development opportunities for employees; respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner; ensure compliance with legal requirements; ensure that safety standards are met; motivate staff; and stay abreast of changes within the industry.
