We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will be interacting with a range of stakeholders, from candidates to clients.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use of various recruitment platforms and have a proven track record of successfully sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of roles. The Recruiter should also demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess applicants' qualifications
• Develop job postings that accurately reflect the position's responsibilities and requirements
• Utilize social media networks and other digital channels to build relationships with potential candidates
• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws during the recruitment process
• Maintain detailed records of each recruitment stage
