We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, overseeing customer service operations, maintaining relationships with key customers, tracking performance data, and preparing reports on sales trends.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of customer service and the ability to motivate others. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in sales management who can take initiative and work independently but also collaborate effectively within a team environment. The successful applicant should also be willing to travel when required.
