The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all staff follows standards and procedures, and is kept up to date with new technologies. In addition, they will be expected to evaluate performance of staff members, assist in resolving customer complaints, and supervise the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership capabilities. A good knowledge of health and safety protocols is essential for this role.
