Al-Kuwait is looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. We are an international organization with a strong presence in the region, and we are offering an opportunity for the right candidate to join us in this exciting role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a genuine interest in recruitment.

The main duties of the Recruiter will include: sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking; reviewing resumes and applications to assess suitability; conducting preliminary interviews with prospective candidates; carrying out background checks; making recommendations on suitable applicants; communicating job offers and other job-related information to successful candidates.

The successful applicant will have excellent problem-solving abilities, an eye for detail, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. They should also be comfortable working with tight deadlines and be able to work independently. We are seeking someone who has some experience in recruitment or human resources but we are also willing to consider an immigrant with no experience in the field. We offer an attractive salary of 1800 per month.
