Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing office staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and coordinate daily office operations, such as maintaining office supplies, ordering equipment and supplies, organizing filing systems, etc.
β’ Oversee the recruitment process for all new staff members, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
β’ Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
β’ Supervise the work of administrative staff and other personnel.
β’ Monitor budgets and expenditures related to office operations.
β’ Prepare reports on staff performance and other operational matters as required.
β’ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations relating to health & safety in the workplace.
β’ Handle customer inquiries as needed.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success in managing an office environment.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
β’ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks accordingly.
β’ Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards across different projects/tasks simultaneously. β’ Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make sound decisions autonomously when necessary. β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional manner in dealing with customers/clients/stakeholders etc.. β’ Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not necessarily essential for this role .
