Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, visitors, and assets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in developing security policies & procedures
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to multitask

Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing & implementing security policies/procedures to ensure the safety of staff & customers
• Monitoring CCTV cameras & other security systems
• Managing security personnel & assigning tasks accordingly
• Responding to emergencies/security issues quickly & efficiently
• Investigating any suspicious activity or theft on company property
• Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies as required
