The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating cocktails, maintaining the bar area, providing excellent customer service, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, and handling payments.

Ideally, you should have relevant work experience as a bartender in a similar environment. You should also be knowledgeable about different types of beer, wine and spirits as well as other beverages. A good understanding of distilling processes is also an advantage.

To excel in this role you must be friendly, outgoing and customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality. You should also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
