Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Florist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in floral design
• Proficiency in the use of floral tools
• Knowledge of various flower varieties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is an asset
• Must have valid working papers for Qatar or be willing to obtain them
• Ability to lift up to 25 kgs


Duties
• Create custom bouquets, corsages, centerpieces and other arrangements as requested by customers.
• Design wedding arrangements based on customer specifications.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting all flowers before arranging them.
• Create new designs with seasonal and specialty flowers as requested by customers.
• Follow proper care instructions when handling flowers.
• Explain types of flowers, colors, sizes, prices and delivery times to customers.
• Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
• Order additional supplies when needed.
