Position: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 900/month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience in a supervisory role. This position is open to both local and immigrant candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the workplace, managing staff, supervising projects, and providing feedback and guidance to employees. He/she must be able to work effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders, as well as possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work activities;
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback;
• Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel;
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational practices;
• Maintain inventory records;
• Resolve conflicts between personnel;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

This position requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. The successful candidate must also be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
