Land Surveyor Vacancy in Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveys of land and property to ensure accurate measurements. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100. We are open to considering foreign applicants who have minimal work experience.

The successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They should also be well-versed in using survey instruments such as total stations, GPS devices, and auto levels. Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards is also important.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land and property according to established protocols
• Determine the exact boundaries between properties using existing documentation and survey instruments
• Record data accurately and enter it into survey software programs
• Create maps, charts, tables, diagrams, reports etc., according to survey findings
• Analyze data from topographical maps, aerial photographs, satellite imagery etc., to aid surveying efforts
• Adhere to safety protocols when operating survey equipment
• Maintain records of all surveying activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with applicable regulations (particularly local regulations)
• Knowledge of survey instruments such as total stations, GPS devices, auto levels etc.
• Experience working with GIS/CAD software programs is a plus
