Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Must have experience working with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop creative marketing strategies to drive customer traffic
• Implement effective processes to ensure consistent quality food delivery across all outlets within the restaurant
• Monitor and manage staff performance by providing constructive feedback and reviews on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with health safety standards while adhering to local laws and regulations
