Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 900 AED/month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, food preparation, customer service, and overall operations.

The Restaurant Manager must have a strong understanding of food service operations and customer service. They must be able to develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. They must also have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage staff effectively, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are met
- Monitor food quality and ensure that standards are met
- Oversee stock control processes
- Manage payroll for employees
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
