Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, customer service and profitability.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and wants to gain valuable experience in a challenging role. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage staff including hiring, training and scheduling
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Supervise operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Develop strategies for increasing sales volume
• Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred
• Previous experience managing a restaurant preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours; nights & weekends may be required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly

Salary: 1800 AED per month. Foreigner applications are welcome!
